Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MarkPress(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarkPress provides browser-based image watermarking with text, logos, and QR codes, Batch and Individual editing modes, cropping, filename templates, and JPEG, PNG, or WebP output. Source image processing and ZIP generation run locally in your browser. Account services, billing, and Pro saved-logo storage require online services. Available features depend on your plan.

3. Content Ownership and Image Rights

You retain your existing rights in photos, graphics, watermarks, and logos you use with MarkPress. You must have permission to use that content. We do not claim ownership of it. When you save a logo to the cloud, you authorize us and our storage provider to store and deliver it to provide the saved-logo feature. Adding a watermark does not establish copyright ownership or guarantee protection against copying or removal.

4. User Accounts & Plans

MarkPress offers both free and paid tiers:

  • Free Tier: Supports up to 10 images per batch with text, logo, and QR code watermarks, Batch and Individual editing, Smart Contrast, aspect-ratio cropping, and filename templates. Downloading requires an account but does not require payment. Pro-only controls are not included.
  • Pro Plans (Yearly & Lifetime): Support up to 100 images per batch and unlock additional fonts, output format conversion, and cloud storage to save your logos so you can reuse them.
  • Payments: Our payment provider handles checkout and billing. Yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled through Manage billing before renewal; cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends. Failed or overdue payments can suspend Pro access. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal. Access is updated after payment confirmation, which may take time to reach the app. We do not offer voluntary refunds; this does not limit rights required by applicable law. Try the Free tier before purchasing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MarkPress for any unlawful purpose, including infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, distributing malicious code, or attempting to compromise the security of our authentication infrastructure.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when we change the app or need to meet legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. If the law requires us to notify you about an important change, we will do so.
